Once a volunteer youth coach and a Routt County resident since 1984, Tim Redmond has 16 years of government service and experience.
Reappointed to the Energy Impact Fund board by Governor Polis in 2024, Redmond reaches beyond Routt County, bringing solvent solutions to problems.
His interaction with over 3,000 other county officials at the NACo Annual Conference enables him to engage in fruitful ideas.
Both a founding member and currently the chair of
Northwest Colorado Development Council (NWCDC), Redmond leads in the task of economic development and helping workers and their families through the coal transition.
He also has served on the board of directors of two local non-profit organizations. When time allows he now partakes in the anglers lifestyle and continues to enjoy the outdoors.
Sasha Nelson, ERC Fellow and Tim Redmond review ideas regarding the productive advances for education and outlining struggles for Northwest Colorado communities.
